When a client signs up their and pays the first payment I have WHMCS automatically setup the account. That all goes well but when I login to the admin area I still see the order as "pending" even if the invoice itself says "paid" Why is this? Or is this a problem? EDIT: I guess I don't understand the difference between "payment status" and "status" when the account is all setup automatically upon payment it should be all done, right? WHMCS Developer WHMCS Joe Posted October 24, 2007 WHMCS Developer Share Posted October 24, 2007 The pending order status shows that the order has come in and not yet been marked active by you. The items in that order may well be marked paid and showing as completed for payment and may well have been setup if a hosting account but the order will always show Pending until you activate it and confirm it is indeed active.
