Currency Converter during Checkout with PayPal

Hi,

 

We are selling Hosting package not in USD Currency and our currency at the moment, is not yet accepted to be use in PayPal. So we need to convert this currency to USD when checkout. My question is, is this possible? If its possible, can you please advice me how to do so?

so you need the prices displayed in your website to be (EUR for example), but on checkout the total amount will be converted to USD and sent to PayPal?

 

If yes, you need to add/configure both currencies in Admin Area -> Setup -> Payments -> Currencies

then go to PayPal gateway configuration Admin Area -> Setup -> Payments -> Payment Gateways , you will find a new drop down select added there by WHMCS, called "Convert To For Processing" select "USD"

Thanks for the answer, and I do have another question related to this.

 

When making payment with PayPal, I would like to add tax or surcharge (only for payment with PayPal). Is that possible? So for example, the billing suppose to be $10 but since he paying with PayPal, I will add surcharge so he will be paying $11 at his PayPal Invoice.

 

Is that possible?
