I am seeing this as well and have been trying to fix it with support without success so far. They came up with a lot of things to check on the server, which we did (using nginx and tried with Apache/mod_php, checked curl etc.) and nothing helped. We tried WHMCS on 6 other hosting accounts actually and still got the same error after login.

What needs to be done to remove that damn popup?
