Domain registrar issue - resellerclub - dns2 invalid

Does anyone have any help they can give me at all?

Im trying to get my WHMCS back end to link with Resellerclub.

I have followed all the long winded instructions, sifted through tonnes of knowledgebase data to try get as much info as I can but im still getting the same error from WHMCS when I try to register the domain.

Ive whitelisted my IP addresses, ive added my default nameservers within Resellerclub, ive added funds to the account, ive installed my payment gateways and the API details have been submitted, ive done all the necessaries with products and pricing - all i wish to do is buy the bloody domain and it keeps saying 2 things.

firstly within client profile (in WHMCS)

X REGISTRAR ERROR - Website doesnt exist for http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com

then secondly if I go to register the domain (in the register/transfer domain section of WHMCS)

X AN ERROR OCCURRED - NameServer ns2.reason2design.com is not a valid NameServer

I have spoken to my hosting provider and they assure me there are no issues with my nameservers and they cant find a number for me to speak to WHMCS

I cant seem to login to support to submit them a support ticket so ive been forced to use the forum to try find out how to resolve this.

Hoping for some help or even a phone number for WHMCS as im pretty close to cancelling everything.

Thanks in advance
