Hello bash, WHMCS is more suited for shared and reseller hosting packages, if you're planning on using it for shoutcast or dedicated users, it won't do much except for tracking/emailing invoices.

We do have customers selling shared hosting, reseller hosting and dedicated servers all through the WHMCS System. WHMCS is designed to provide shared and reseller hosting, but dedicated hosting can also be sold as you can create items on the order form which are neither a shared hosting or reseller account and then these are just billed and never attempted to be created in WHM. You can put the products you create into separate groups so one for each thing and these groups can be put in a particular order. However, it will still ask for all the same fields as if it were a hosting account so the user would need to enter a domain. As long as you don't mind this, then yes, the system will work fine for your dedicated servers and shoutcast streaming packages.

and it's possible to use personalized questions for the signup, for example Root Password for dedicated servers?

No, you can't add custom fields, you would just need to create passwords for your users once they have signed up. As these are changable, I wouldn't have thought this would be a problem.
