farsus Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 version is latest 3.4.0 When creating a site after costumer order it gives wrong username information in both letter and on whcms costumer page example a costumer order s site domain name: hotdox.dk whcms write and email his user name as hotdoxd but to login to site you have to use --> hotdox.dk as a fast bug solution i have just put [Domain] in the letter but uunfortunally it off course stil are wrong i Whmcs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You have to set the username in the email template to be [Domain]. This isn't a bug but is the way Plesk with domain administrator access only works.
