what is webapp2.whmcs.com?

I see thousands of mail.log entrys which being rejected by spamassassin etc.

 

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[184.94.192.4]: 450 4.7.1 <me@mydomain.tld>: Recipient address rejected: Mail appeared to be SPAM or forged. Ask your Mail/DNS-Administrator to correct HELO and DNS MX settings or to get removed from DNSBLs; from=<www@webapp2.whmcs.com> to=<me@mydomain.tld> proto=ESMTP helo=<webapp2.whmcs.com>
