My whole sites are down after upgrade and no response from support

Thanks for reply . This is one of many problems I encountered, The answer to my support requests are very slow after 15 hours down time and closing without any proper response from whmcs I gave up , Went back to my previous installation and will stay until next year . I am terrified ....

Sorry to hear you had so many issues.

 

Looking at your other recent posts here on the forums, it seems to me they've all been (mostly) come across by others too, posted about here on the forums and sorted. For example:

 

Order link not working:

Searching for only the word pipe on these forums I find many recent posts with suggestions on sorting it, here's one:

Payment gateway issue:

That thread by you was replied to, but you never replied back to get that one sorted. There are multiple recent, gateway threads found when searching only for the word, gateway, on these forums. You might search for the name of the gateway you're usi9ng on these forums to see if there's a fix posted.

This message doesn't stop you from running WHMCS in any way that I'm aware of. It can be sorted too, I think, by following the Further Security steps, to the letter:

As for the most recent post by you, I linked to in my earlier post:

That reads to me, like you got locked out, not sure though. But when/if you do get locked out, you can get back in, easy enough.

 

 

If moving to the latest version is important, and you're having problems getting any issues you come into in the process sorted on your own, you might consider having the upgrade done for you by a professional:

If that cost is prohibitive to you, reading the latest posts here on the forums, searching for your issue(s), might be of some use to you so you could go again and know what issues you'll come across in advance (now that you went once and have some idea what problems you'll have,) and how to get them sorted.

 

IMHO, there really is no reason not to upgrade. But doing so does mean you've got to do a few extra things to get it done and working proper.
