When dotnetpanel.php gets an error from remote host, it crashes, and kils cron.php with it.

The exact error is:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [system.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to read request. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in the XML document. ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.#012 at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal)#012 at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info)#012 at Microsoft.Xml.Serialization.GeneratedAssembly.XmlSerializationReader1.Read48_DeleteUser()#012 at Microsoft.Xml.Serialization.GeneratedAssembly.ArrayOfObjectSerializer80.Deserialize(XmlSerializationReader reader)#012 at System.Xml.Serialization.XmlSerializer.Deserialize(XmlReader xmlReader, String encodingStyle, XmlDeserializationEvents events)#012 --- End of inner exception stack trace ---#012 at System.Xml.Serialization.XmlSerializer.Deserialize(XmlReader xmlReader, String encodingS

I reported this as a ticket a week ago, and all I got in response was:

"contact the author of dotnetpanel.php and get is sorted out" !

Does that mean I have to contact whmcs, find out who wrote the code for them, and get in touch with that person?

Clearly something going wrong with the helpdesk support at whmcs :(
