Configuring Knowledgebase

Hi. I am using the trial WHMCS and I have stumbled across a small problem. When saving an article to a pre configured category in the Knowledgebase, it does not save it but directs me to the index page of my site instead. It does the same when trying to change the default email templates.

 

I have WHMCS installed in a directory, not the root folder. Everything else so far seems fine.

 

Help appreciated.

The silence around here is deafening.

 

If it makes any difference to support or not, the trial script is still within the trial period. I am seriously considering a purchase.

 

Just a No will suffice if you don`t know what the problem is, so at least I know which way to go!!!!

Sounds like a strange browser issue to me, since if those two basic features didn't work, WHMCS would have zero users

 

Also the forums aren't support - support is what you get when you open a ticket once you've purchased a license, and I'd guess you would get a quick response to even weird issues that casual forum browsers (like me) tend to skip past (well not quite like me since I decided to reply )

Hi Dominic. Thanks for the reply. Considering I have yet to purchase, I thought pre sales was a good idea. Maybe not, Doh !!!
