MJB
Hello- Desperately seeking your help. I am in the final stages of creating within WHMCS. As I was going back through the tabs- I noticed that I hadn't filled in the SSL field within the general settings tab. I tried to do this (though clearly fouled it up) and before I new it I was locked out all together. It brought me to a 404 page and indicated that the site was under attack. Now the site doesn't open, nor does my whmcs portal. I told the my webhost about it and they say that it is out of there control and that I should contact WHMCS directly..... I submitted a ticket with WHMCS around 4 hours ago and haven't heard anything. Not sure what to do...... Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for all replies
MJB
update- so four hours later i have diagnosed the root of the issue..... but I still how no idea how to get in. The issue (as near as my limited IT skills can diagnose) is that when I typed in https:// in the SSL field the SSL certificate was not set up correctly yet. So when that data saved the site was technically incoreecrly displaying a certificate. I am still locked out but now (I think) the issue has been narrowed. Does anyone know how I can log around a wall that thinks the site is corrupt? *Please forgive the multiple "green/newbie" post AND please any help that you can give is very very appriciated

Sliffer21
Select the database and than click on the "SQL" tab along the top. The follow code should work for you off the top of my head. Just but that in the box and execute it. UPDATE `tblconfiguration` SET `value`="" where 'setting'="SystemSSLURL"
