Locked out all-together

Hello-

Desperately seeking your help.

I am in the final stages of creating within WHMCS. As I was going back through the tabs- I noticed that I hadn't filled in the SSL field within the general settings tab.

I tried to do this (though clearly fouled it up) and before I new it I was locked out all together. It brought me to a 404 page and indicated that the site was under attack.

Now the site doesn't open, nor does my whmcs portal.

I told the my webhost about it and they say that it is out of there control and that I should contact WHMCS directly..... I submitted a ticket with WHMCS around 4 hours ago and haven't heard anything.

Not sure what to do...... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for all replies

update- so four hours later i have diagnosed the root of the issue..... but I still how no idea how to get in.

The issue (as near as my limited IT skills can diagnose) is that when I typed in https:// in the SSL field the SSL certificate was not set up correctly yet.

So when that data saved the site was technically incoreecrly displaying a certificate.

I am still locked out but now (I think) the issue has been narrowed.

Does anyone know how I can log around a wall that thinks the site is corrupt?

*Please forgive the multiple "green/newbie" post

AND please any help that you can give is very very appriciated
