kingmoore
I have downloaded and installed v2.4. Are there tutorials somewhere on skinning it so it matches the style of my site, importing my hosting packages from WHM, and then importing my current 80+ accounts from WHM?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 7, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 7, 2006 As you will see by visiting http://v2manual.whmcs.com/ a manual will be available once V2.5 Stable has been released. This will give some basic information on how to integrate WHMCS with your website. It is not possible to import your packages from WHM as WHMCS requires a lot more information than can be obtained from WHM about them such as pricing and as for importing your accounts from WHM, this is a new feature in V2.5 so you will not be able to do this running the V2.4 Version. kingmoore
Okay, when should we expect v2.5 stable? I saw the manual page said the manual would be available Aug 1st.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 7, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 7, 2006 What the manual page said was that the manual would be availabe once V2.5 BETA had been released on 1st August. The BETA was released, and we are now in the period after it was released. There was no specific date set for the manual to be available but it will be when V2.5 stable is released in the next 7-10 days. kingmoore
Killer. I will keep waiting then. No sense in getting things set up now.
taylorwilsdon
The templates from 2.5 and 2.4 are pretty different, but they're both really easy to manage thanks to Smarty templates. Have a read up on PHP Smarty templates for more on that.
Harrison
Smarty templates are being added to 2.5. They are not in 2.4
