Create 'to-do' after payment certain invoice

We need to manually create an invoice if a domain is in quarantaine.

 

If the user pays we won't notice because a lot of invoices are paid.

Since we need to manually get a domain out of quarantaine we need some notification of this particular invoice is paid.

 

It would be nice if upon creating a invocie manually we can set an action 'create to-do upon payment'.
