Version 6 Upgrade Issues

Hello,

I recently upgraded to WHMCS 6.01.

At the same time, because of the system requirements and recommendations, I worked with the data center to update the PHP Version 5.5 with the latest version of IonCube loader.

Nothing of the WHMCS site will load now, with the exception of the install folder. Everything else loads blank.

Both in the forums here and in your documentation, you thankfully provided extensive troubleshooting to assist me in attempting to locate the issue. I uploaded the ionCube loader wizard as instructed, and it did not reveal any issues. I confirmed in PHP Info that I am indeed running PHP 5.5. I confirmed that "display_errors" parameters are enabled both on the server side and in the WHMCS configuration file.

I removed any and all customized files, and in the off chance that I missed a file, (after completing a backup), removed all of WHMCS to start with a fresh install. I attempted to upload the files twice, confirming they were uploaded in Binary mode via FTP, just to be sure no files were corrupted while uploading.

Unfortunately, despite all of these steps, all pages are still loading blank, and I am running out of ideas.

The server error logs also do not display anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go from here?

Thank you for your time.

Cane,

Thanks for your suggestion.

Yes, I have checked checked the file permissions against what is required via documentation.

All folders are set to 755 (templates_c set to 777). And all files set to 644.
