HTTP 406 with paypal callback

Anyone experience with http 406 when call back to URL of paypal gateway ?

 

http://members.domain.com/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php and https also.

<--update to new version 6.0 will cost us a lot of problem since it does

not compatible with our system right now. It's not the best solution so do

not suggest us to update at this time until you fix all the problem in the

forum:

I could see a lot of report related to VSIX version recently, event with

our local hosting provider.

 

- We use PHP 5.6, Apache 2.2

- Do not have mod_security on server

- Charset in Paypal IPN setting already set to UTF-8

 

After change charset to UTF-8 and resend IPN notification but no luck, still fail as a result.

 

So what we need to do next ?

I'm already open the ticket 2 days ago (Ticket ID #NCY-219700) yet no one reply to my ticket.
