After recently installing the new version of WHMCS, I am unable to login to the admin panel and just displays the following error

 

Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/site/public_html/whmcs/init.php on line 0

 

 

I have looked inside the init.php file, however it looks the contents is encoded. Can somebody help me please?
