Yikes!... don't even think that!

 

SWSoft is at the opposite ends of the scale compared to Matt's support and response times. Matt responds to queries in a very timely manner but SWSoft don't seem to care one little bit.

 

Even the very thought of SWSoft ever running WHMCS makes my blood run cold. :shock:

I agree! No SWsoft.

 

I am proud that our Hosting Firm is very responsive to support and other methods of communications with our clients. Matt and his staff are the same. SWsoft on the other hand... I had a salesman call our office a couple of weeks ago and then followed up with an email; so I decided to reply to his email and discuss some of their products; that was almost two weeks ago. If it takes that long for a sales rep to return an email or a call; I wonder what their support is like.

 

They made their impression on us. We are staying away.

 

Incidentally, have most companies forgot who actually pays their salaries, their bills and their opportunities to expand? I think so; we have FIRED a lot of companies; but I will say that Matt and his staff have always had prompt replies and seem to respect their users. You have our commitment! :)
