Getting the Product and Price Populated in Paypal Express before Login

Is there anyway to get the whmcs product and price loaded into the Paypal express payment information before the user even logs into their Paypal account ?

 

I see that nearly every other company has this.

 

Surely whmcs should have this as standard considering it's a billing software ?
