ghpk
hi, i tried a lot to search but couldn't find any suitable answer. I am currently using the trial version but it doesn't displays the captcha images on domain checked or the whois look ups. I do have GD lib. installed as my pages on same sites are able to load captcha images. I tried disabling the cpatch and re-enabling but to no use. thanks in advance for any suggestions. gpk
PPH
Hi ghpk, Have you enabled captcha in your whmcs configuration? whmcsadmin>configuration>general configuration>other>"Disable Capatcha Images Tick this box to disable the capatcha images on forms in the client area"
ghpk
hi, yes i did tried that, but the question is how do i get the captcha working. SOLUTION: uploaded the php.ini file which has path to ioncube loader to the includes folder and, catcha is working fine now. This might be needed on a few servers running PhpSuexec and multiple instances of php (php4 + php5)
PPH
hi, yes i did tried that, but the question is how do i get the captcha working. You have to remove the check mark from this line in the configuration to allow them. If you have done this then there is a problem with the gd libraries on your server.

PPH
Glad to see you have it working. Yes if you are runiining a php.ini, the loaders will be required it the root ini and the admin folder
