Hey team, Im wanting to build a clothing store with this, do you think its possible as well as anyone in the community develop themes for whmcs? Im wanting a bootstrap ready version of both the admin side as well as the user end. I dont mind paying for a quality piece of work. The website it would be for is - Removed - it should hopefully be the same theme feel/ look.

why don't you use WooCommerce, Prestashop, or even Opencart for that instead, WHMCS is great to provide hosting services, but for clothing store you may try one of them and you will get a lot of options and features compatible with what you need.

It is possible but you will need to do a lot of customizations to make it work. You're much better of opting for a system like OpenCart or PrestaShop as mentioned above. Those platforms (which are designed for such stores) would include the features you require and isn't generally offered within WHMCS: advance stock options, individual product previews/reviews, delivery etc.
