But then disappear the e-mail and will not be the relevant support department forwarded. You disappear. These end up in Nirvana. Also in the database, the new tickets not available. But I see that the mail every minute to be picked up by the mailbox. I look no longer with this problem. I hope you can help me. By the way: My Forum account is not yet fully activated. New users are limited to whatever you added to your profile at registration time, until you become more active and more options open for you.
