Gateway module needed: Heartland Payment Systems SecureSubmit

I need a Gateway module developed that integrates WHMCS with Heartland Payment Systems' SecureSubmit.

I want the module to keep the Customer on my secured site, install and work similar to the other Payment Gateways I have installed: Quantum Gateway and MerchantOne (real it is the PlanetAuthorize module because MerchantOne is "Any Auth.net Emulation URL" Gateway).
