In this new instace (Installation) i want to import some of the customers or the "login" details of the customers for their webhosting logins. Can i manual give a customer in a new WHMCS Installation their old login details of the old Installation? Please let me know. sentq Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 if you plan to import these data from one WHMCS installations to another, i think you may face problem with data being encrypted (passwords for examples) for these encrypted data to be decrypted you need to set the same hash token in configuration.php of new WHMCS to be the same like the old one, i hope this make any sense if this is a new installation you shouldn't have issues i think 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
