Invoiced not being marked as paid after payment completion on Custom Gateway

Hello,

 

I recently integrated a 3rd party custom payment gateway (Smoovpay) in my WHMCS as per the documentation and instructions. Everything is working fine till the payment completion. The issue I'm facing is that after the payment completion for the particular invoices by customer, the invoices are not being marked as 'Paid' automatically. I want to know how can I automate this in my custom gateway ?

first thing is to check the Gateway Log page in Admin Area > Billing > Gateway Log , to see if there any issues logged.

2nd is to contact the module developer directly for more info about this, also you need to find out if the gateway support IPN (Payment Notifications) and/or the module you have include this functionality or not..
