asika32764
I created a free hosting space but I hope everybody who registered this free space need to re-active their account every year, if they don't do this, system will delete their account, that to avoid too many inactive account hold the disk space. Is is possible?
sentq
this is possible yes, using hook action you can suspend account that registered in the same day for example and notify the client to reactivate it using custom page/support ticket/login to their account in WHMCS, etc.. many ways this can be done indeed
Alex - Arvixe
Do you only provide free web hosting? If not, you could change the invoice reminder templates to tell users they need to create a ticket to keep their service active (or simply reply). You could then adjust the next due date accordingly. If they don't create the ticket then the service would be suspended according to your automation rules giving your clients a second chance to create that ticket. After xx days that could then be terminated assuming they're no longer interested.
