userpie
My first priority is to have customers make recurring payments automatically. Secondly, I imagine that customers would want the convenience if having their credit card stored with their user account so they don't have to re-enter their CC when they buy additional services. But I'm not comfortable with the security issues. Thoughts?
merlinpa1969
authorize.net CIM uses a token no cc details stored on your server
SeanP
Quantum Vault does the same (stores CCs on file for you, so they are not stored on your server).
Alex - Arvixe
Stripe.com uses a token so no card details are stored on your server though they enter it on your website and it is saved for future use. You should only store card information if you can handle it properly. This means a fully PCI compliant server as well as a properly managed hosting environment. In some cases it is still better if you went with Stripe or any option mentioned above.
