I am getting this error Site error: the file /home/portal/public_html/whmcs/install/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. I had my management company install the ion loader on my server and then tried to install and still get the same error.
