Sales performance tracking

Hello,

 

Is there any way to tracking sales performance on WHMCS ?

 

For example we have 3 staff, we would like to tracking performance of them to calculate commission for them in the end month. Is there any way to do this ?

 

Staff A - have 5 order (1 hosting, 3 VPS and 1 dedicated server)

Staff B - have 3 order( 1 hosting and 2 VPS)

Staff C- have 7 order (3 hosting, 1 VPS and 3 server)

 

These product have different %.

Not a "proper" solution but one way you can really automate this is using the affiliate program (+ optionally affiliate coupons module). They can give out their own generated coupon codes (using your set templates) and they/you can see their performance in the client area under the affiliates tab. With the coupons mod staff members don't require an affiliate link.

 

You can set custom commissions per product or a fixed percent per employee. Only problem with this is if you have a public affiliate program with differing commissions to your staff members (unless you do fixed percent of every product per employee).

 

Otherwise you can do the more manual tracking using UTM links.

Thanks for your suggestion but this solution can not tracking with date range, for example from 1-30/31 everything.

 

I see a lot of request from 1 year ago on WHMSC and webhostingtalk also but why WHMCS developer dont care about this ?

I have google a lot key word: "sales report", "sales tracking", "sales performance tracking", "crm for whmcs", "crm with whmcs" and a lot more but can't see any suggestion or addon for WHMS can do this.

 

I see:

- whmcsplus.com have modules for this. Anyone tried this before ?

- CRM of modulesgarden.com <--very simple and not enough data.

- whmcsextra.com <--tried and they are already close and moving to themechilly for addon sync from WHMSC to vTiger.

 

I have temporariy solution for:

1. Tracking invoice marked paid by staff A

2. From (1) output then check total value of invoices then calc %.

 

This solution is ok for all product with the same commision but not ok for all product have different commision.

 

Anyone have better ideas ?
