bluesteam Posted January 22, 2015 Share Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) Hi, I'm not sure whats causing this but need some help. Sometimes when I try to "block sender and delete" a spam ticket in WHMCS, I keep seeing this error message: "You must select at least one ticket to be deleted." I also cannot perform a normal delete on this ticket either. The only way to get rid of it is to close the ticket instead of deleting it. Am I the only one?
