Gazza
support took a look for me this is a issue with xcache, the only way I can get whmcs working correctly is by disabling xcache shame because I have always had xcache running and works well for me. hope its fixed soon
NWO
Hi, We had the same problem and you can fix this by installing version 3.0.4 of xcache! Tried all newers versions, but these don't work.
Gazza
I disabled xcache for just the site I use with whmcs, all the other websites on the server are still using xcache I added to .htaccess # turn xcache off php_flag xcache.cacher Off php_flag xcache.size 0 php_flag xcache.stat Off surprised this issue has not been patched by now thanks for your reply
supernix
I am having the same issue, except xcache is not installed, no matter what I try I still get that error for an unpaid invoice. Any luck in resolving your issue?
supernix
I couldn't add the flags you mentioned it caused my server to crash with a 500 error. I did disable xcache and still had problems, so finally a guy from cPanel took a look at it and I posted the information he gave me here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?110447-Issue-with-unpaid-invoices Sharing this so that some other person doesn't lose their mind trying to solve this.
