R-n-R
I have a question regarding how WordPress is installed. Can you tell me if the WordPress MySQL database name and username are named differently, in other words not using same name for an example Database Name: jauayf_wp01 Database Username: jauayf_wp01 Also, how long is the MySQL password, does the host have control on the length of the password? And, the WordPress table prefix. How is that handled. Is something different than the standard "wp_" prefix being used? And does the host have control on what the prefix is formatted? For an example wp_jafia87ke_ where the characters between the underscores "_" is random for security. Thanks for the info.
insyncbiztech
Hello, The MySQL username and database name do not match, but are preset in the script so they cannot be modified. The prefix used (before the _) for both is the cPanel's primary username. The password used for the MySQL database is the same as the cPanel primary login randomly generated by WHMCS. The table prefix is customizable, but it is fixed, so it would not change from install to install. Hope this helps. Please feel free to try out the module and let me know if you have any questions along the way. Regards, Matt
