How to manually add a client properly

Hello all. I am testing WHMCS and find it fantastic to use. The only issue I am having is this:

 

I currently have clients on my server that have prepaid for services that may be autorenewing monthly or quarterly.

 

When I manually add these clients to WHMCS, how do I properly setup their domain, while still allow for proper billing?

 

For example: I add client CJ, and now want to add package gold hosting for his domain cjs.net. He has already prepaid for the next 3 months, so I don't want him to have to visit Paypal at this time, but I do want the system to invoice him when the time comes.

 

I hope this isn't too confusing. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Corey,

 

I would just change the due date to 3 months later, and cancel the current invoice if one is generated.
