How would I force a user to pay using their PayPal balance and NOT an eCheck? I've setup the PayPal Express Checkout and when I go to complete the payment I get redirected to PayPal asking me to send an eCheck. I want the client to be able to use their PayPal balance like normal PayPal checkouts. I see the "Checkout with PayPal" button but I want it to be a radio checkbox in the "Payment Method" section.
