Xenoo Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Well recently I upgraded my MYSQL from 5.1 to 5.6 and then I downgraded it to 5.5 but the issue still has not been fixed. People will submit a ticket or a response to a ticket that's already created and then it wont go through. I get a text response on my phone letting me know that the ticket was created or responded too but it doesn't go through in the system. When you submit a ticket and go through to the actual ticket page you get ""An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found."" - Doesn't load on client's or admin's side. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
