Pound symbol in ticket reply/answered display blank message after submit.

Hi,

 

I have issue in ticket module when i entered the pound sign into my message and then submit the message, the ticket message submit and give me blank message. but if i remove the pound symbol whmcs display correct pound symbol.

 

My charset is ISO-8859-7, but i used utf-8 for fixing this issue, and iso-4217 too which is specified for pound symbol but the issue is still there,

 

Can anyone help inthis case this is highly problem for me at this time.

You need to change your character set to UTF8 for both WHMCS as well as converting your database to UTF8 too. There is a thread on here that explains the process. We had the same issue after an upgrade of PHP a while back but the database conversion resolved it.
