CCSupport Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 Hello all, We have just migrated our WHMCS installation from a Windows based environment to a Linux one (Centos 6.6 / WHM/cPanel). Prior to our migration the support ticket email pipe was configured to run a Cron every five minutes to a POP mailbox. No changes have been made to the pop box or the config, however after configuring cPanel with the Cron ( */5 * * * * php -q /home/[username]/public_html/pipe/pop.php ) it is no longer pulling the emails in. Any ideas on this one? The domain email is the same domain as the WHMCS site, however it's hosted on an external Email Server.
