Bill server for each resource per hour

I want to run a business like Amazon and Google and provide servers that are billed based on resources like

GB ram = 0.02$/gb/hour

DISK = 0.1$/gb/month

CPU = 0.03$/core/hour

 

so if user runs a server with 1GB ram and 1 core and during the month they will change their server to 2GB and 4 cores for 10 hours and then return back to 1 ram/1 core...

 

I need a system that will be able to understand and track those items and bill at the end of month.

 

Is that possible with WHMCS?
