Service Cancellation, invoice changes to £0.00 and sends out warning?

Hi,

 

I seem to be having a strange issue with cancelled product and their invoices. After a client has cancelled their service instead of invoice cancelling it's instead been updated by removing the service from invoice so invoice changes to £0.00 and invoice overdue warnings are still being sent?

 

What could cause this please?
