This allows you, for instance, to not check for fraud for new orders that are bank depositing or paying using bitcoins. Once installed you select the payment method to disable fraud check on, it's as simple as that. Once selected and the module is turned on all future orders placed that choose that payment method will NOT run through the fraud checking system.
