Slow query mysql on WHMCS

Dear,

 

Today i have a problem that my WHMCS run SQL query very slow and give state "Waiting for table level lock".

 

Can anyone help me to find what causing this ?

 

FYI we already using INNODB engine on Mysql but still the query run slowly.

One thing, because of this our WHMCS portal run very slowly when our client trying opened a ticket.

server spesification :

 

-processor : Version: Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz

-motherboard: supermicro

-mem: 64G

-hdd: radi1(main sistem), raid10(database, using zfs)

-os: debian 7.6

-mysql: 5.5

 

Please help us because of this our client have to wait for quote long enough about 3-5minutes just for opened a ticket on whmcs

This problem has been fix by giving an index on one table.

 

I thinks this query more faster than usually now.
