2checkout recurring billing

Hi,

 

We're currently using 2checkout's recurring billing functionality and we've noticed that we have to manually cancel recurring billing whenever a user puts in a cancellation request. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Is there something I'm missing?

 

Another issue we've been having is that since WHMCS continues to generate invoices before payment is made from 2checkout, users are setting up recurring billing with us a second time leading to having to process unnecessary refunds. We've added a notice to our invoice templates about this but it still happens from time to time. Does anyone have any solutions?
