stef_dotcom Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Hi, I am getting the following entries throughout my CRON job listing in the Activity Log : Required Product Module '' Missing specifically during the part where it is taking invoice payments and emailing payment confirmations (in between 'Invoice marked paid' and 'Email sent to...'). Does anyone have any ideas what this could be referring to? I am running 5.3.7, soon to upgrade to the latest version. netwood Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 You get this error if you selected a product type (for example "Hosting account") but on the module tab for the item, you don't have the correct module. You need to go over the configuration of all products and make sure that the type is using the correct module.
