guycheap Posted October 11, 2014 Share Posted October 11, 2014 Hi, I recently purchased the WHMCS Free radius module & I'm trying to set it up with WHMCS. It seems I'm getting the following error: Order Accept Encountered Problems FreeRadius Database Query Error: Access denied for user 'vivieqsg_whmcs'@'localhost' to database 'radius' First off 1. Should it not be listening to the username as radius and database as radius? Why is it trying to connect with the user vivieqsg_whmcs to the external server and database radius? I've defined the user as radius in the server settings /http://puu.sh/c7p27/633e8a8286.png, it also seems the IP is not blocked. I feel that it's either connecting strait to localhost and not to my external server or that it's connecting with the wrong user I've defined both things through WHMCS and I've tested all the auth. and it all seems to work fine.
