This morning I wake up with abou 50 support tickets opened on my WHMCS database.

it's all the same:

the sender and the return are both my one support email account

and the content is: (where xxxxx is may email server)

A new support ticket has been opened.

If you edit each of your Support Departments (Under Setup > Support > Support Departments), there is an option called:

Pipe Replies Only (Require all tickets to be opened from the client area)

This will force users to open tickets, directly from your web site. Replies will still be piped, but it will be required to open new tickets from your site. Also, make sure you have Captcha setup (Under Setup > General Settings > Security tab). This will prevent robots from auto submitting your forms.
