dahamsta
What's this Admin Role used for? Mine has been changed at some point so I don't know what it's for, and it's a protected user. It has the permissions View Credit Log, Manage Credits, Attempts CC Captures, Create Predefined Replies, Delete Predefined Replies and Calendar. Alex - Arvixe
WHMCS doesn't create admin accounts for you. I recommend you contact WHMCS so they can investigate exactly how it got there. What is your version of WHMCS?
dahamsta
My mistake, it's a Role ID.
TekStorm Inc - James
As per Administrators and Permissions: The administrator roles allow you to fine tune exactly what each of your admin users can do within your WHMCS administration area. You can setup as many different role groups as you want and then assign your admins to them as required. As standard, WHMCS comes with 3 default roles - Full, Sales & Support Only. If you didn't change your role group, then somebody else has done it for you. WHMCS itself doesn't just change role groups.
dahamsta
I know what a Role is, thanks. I'm trying to find out which group has (or had, in my case) the ID 2. Full is 1, so it's either Sales or Support.
TekStorm Inc - James
Default, more than likely Sales. If you want to know the name of your currently assigned role group (i.e. ID 2), when logged-in to the WHMCS admin area, click the My Account hyperlink in the upper-left. There, you'll see the Administrator Role.

Full is 1, so it's either Sales or Support. By default 'Sales' is the role ID 2. If it still remains you can click the edit button and see the role ID in the URL.
