ADz83
I have set some products to prorata so new customers will use this new billing/date. However what would be the best way of changing current customers for some products to prorata? I know I can manually edit all their profiles to new date but then what would happen to invoices etc, I dont want to create a big mess and have to re-assure everybody after something goes wrong. What would be best/most effective way of doing this? Is there an easy way of moving current customers over to new date? Thanks
ADz83
Is there a SQL I could use to set all clients of a certain product to a set prorate renewal date?
WHMCS Ryan
Unfortunately if you change to pro-rata billing all existing customers renewal dates would need to be changed manually and you may have to create a billable item to cover the difference. If you do use the billable items option you will want to make sure you select the "Add to User's Next Invoice" option. --Thanks

I have many users who I need to switch over and it simply isn't practical to do this by manually editing each client. I need a way to do this en masse like an SQL or via a mod etc? Anything other than having to go into each clients profile and manually edit renewal dates, add billing items etc. Edited September 10, 2014 by ADz83
