How can I translate Products/Services Names and Descriptions?

I need to translate the names of the Products/Services, as well as their descriptions. I found in some templates I can manually do this, but these Products/Services names are used in so many places on both emails, orderforms, and within other template files. Is there a simple way to provide alternative names for the Products/Services in other languages? Similar to how the Email Templates work when making multiple language translations? Thanks for your feedback~
