Two Registrars

Baja

Question

Hi folks,

Is it possible to select a given registrar for some domains?

In particular, I want to do the following:

.com -> DirectI

.net -> DirectI

.org -> DirectI

etc

.com.au -> Email

.net.au -> Email

Can this be done?

At the moment, domain registration is not automated so this isn't really necessary. As of V3.1 however, this will be possible to do as domain registrations, transfers & renewals can be automated from that version onwards. Matt

Now that we are almost to 3.4 and "domain registrations, transfers & renewals can be automated" can I confirm that we can offer domains from more than one registrar automatically?

This is the post that I am quoting(not allowed to post URL yet):

whmcs {dot} com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3157&highlight=registrars

My question is similar to brianoz's examples but something more like:

.com -> DirectI

.net -> DirectI

.org -> DirectI

etc

.com.mx -> Enom

Is this possible?

Possible but, the second registrars domain orders have to be still inputed manually?

Or not possible?

Thanks guys for the heads up. I wanted to find this out for sure before I went out and made any commitments. Now that I have one account and am setting up domains, I see exactly how it works.

Thanks again Matt and sisgroup,

Baja
