Authcode required

my customers have often no authcode available at first, can I set auth-code input-field as not a required field? is there any options?

I am not entirely sure if this will resolve your issue but if what you want is a required field for the auth code you will want to make sure that you have the EPP Code check box ticket under Setup --> Product/Services --> Domain Pricing. This make the auth code required when doing a domain transfer.

If you use ResellerClub, NEO or any other LogicBoxes Registrar, then you can leave unchecked the EPP Code check box under Setup -> Product/Services -> Domain Pricing.

 

All LogicBoxes Registrars allow initiating transfer for almost all TLD's whitout the need of passing the EPP Code. The customer will then receive a mail with instructions to provide the EPP code.

 

Only a few TLDs require the EPP code while initiating a domain transfer.
