lindem Posted September 27, 2007 Share Posted September 27, 2007 Hi... When I receive an order to register a domain, first I click to accept the order, then I click to add the payment. The problem is, when I accept the order, WHMCS mark the order for registering a domain as paid and then WHMCS registers the domain automatically (DirectI). WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 27, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 27, 2007 With automatic domain registration/renewal enabled in Config > Domain Pricing then these things happen upon payment. If accepting first, you should choose to not register the domain then mark the invoice paid to do it or else just mark the invoice paid first and that will register the domain.
